Mark has been working as a professional producer and director since 2002. He cut his teeth as a cameraman and producer on national crime shows for ITV where he learnt to capture and build stories quickly in tense and often dangerous situations. In 2005 he moved into current affairs and began filming and directing episodes of The London Programme, a job for which he won the prestigious Royal Television Society Craft Award for Camerawork at the London awards in 2006. Since then he has continued making television for the major broadcasters and has filmed and directed many successful online and corporate projects for clients such as Sony and Amnesty International.

Confident filming on any digital format, an HD specialist and a creative editor on either Avid or Final Cut Pro he has the technical expertise to take ideas and work them into polished finished productions.

Will first got into TV when he was trying to find backing for his documentary 'In Prison My Whole Life' about death row inmate Mumia Abu-Jamal. He soon found himself interviewing the likes of Noam Chomsky, Alice Walker and Snoop Dogg and 'In Prison' was accepted to many international film festivals including Sundance, London and Rome and won best film at the Geneva and Paris Human Rights Film Festivals. Since then, Will has worked on programs for ITV, Channel 4, the BBC and multiple satellite channels. As well as making TV and Films, Will has managed online campaigns, including for ‘In Prison My Whole Life’, which partnered with Myspace and Amnesty International. He’s also produced and directed corporate and campaign films for a multitude of clients.

With a background working in charities and NGOs, Katie got involved in film making in 2006, working alongside Will on a documentary idea that would later become 'In Prison My Whole Life'. Using the success of 'In Prison..' as a springboard, Katie began freelancing at various London based production companies. She recently co-produced Starsuckers', a feature length documentary film by BAFTA nominated Chris Atkins, which premiered at the London Film Festival and premiered on More4. Since then, she's been working on a number of charity films, as well as developing a range of documentary projects.

Tim has been a freelance Director of Photography and Director since 2001. His background is in mainstream TV drama and comedy but he has also worked on documentaries for Discovery, music promos, commercials and has shot many of reelnice's latest films for Sony.

Since working on one of the first mainstream Hi-Definiton dramas in 2003, Tim has been at the forefront of HD camera technology with a vast knowledge of all the new broadcast cameras.

Tim has worked on many prestigious award winning shows including programmes such as 'The Office', 'The Bill' and the recently acclaimed 'Horrible Histories'. His recent DOP and operating credits include the 10 part HD reality drama 'Push' which aired in the autumn of 2010 on Fiver and CBBC's 'Pixelface'. He is currently working on a feature film.

As well as his accolades within broadcast camerawork, Tim also recently directed a short film which was given permission by Ken Loach to be screened at 16 cinemas around the country prior to his film 'Looking for Eric'.

Carlye is a passionate documentary Producer, based in New York City. In just three years since graduating college, Carlye has collaborated with such esteemed documentarians as Rory Kennedy, Liz Garbus, Chris Atkins and Michael Moore. Some projects include 'The Swell Season', a film documenting Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová’s tour post-'Once' fame and 'American Meat', a feature-length documentary exploring the American meat industry through the eyes of one of its chief antagonists, Joel Salatin (of Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma). Carlye is an outgoing self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of story telling, planning and execution.

Olly has been working in motion graphics since 2003. He started working as a graphic designer with the RAF but swiftly impressed them with his animation skills and created his own role as their motion designer. From here he went on to work as senior motion designer with Kindness Creative in Brighton and in 2008 set up on his own working  on a wide range of projects and title sequences for clients including The BBC, ITV, Channel 4, O'Neill, Setanta and Sky Sports to name but a few.

Olly works with a mixture of Photoshop, After Effects and Cinema 4D to produce his work.
